Levitation Vancouver will consist of 3 days of music, art, and entertainment, and will begin with a festival launch party on Friday June 5th at the Rickshaw Theatre. Daytime events will take place at the majestic outdoor Malkin Bowl Theatre in iconic Stanley Park on Saturday June 6th & Sunday June 7th. These events will be open to all-ages. Venues along Main Street in downtown Vancouver will play host to nightly showcases, which will be 19+. These events will take place at The Electric Owl Social Club, The Cobalt, Imperial, and the Rickshaw Theatre.
Levitation Vancouverâ€™s programming will maintain the spirit of Austin Psych Fest, now knows as Levitation, offering a wide range of international and local talent from across the musical spectrum, including garage rock, electronic, psych and experimental music. In addition to these sonic offerings, art installations and unique food and craft vendors will create a full festival experience within Vancouverâ€™s downtown core. Levitation Vancouver is working closely with community stakeholders to provide a safe, accessible and environmentally conscious experience for all festival goers while championing local and independent Vancouver businesses and artists.
