REFUNDS HAVE BEGUN TO BE PROCESSED TODAY, 7/5/2016
Levitation 2016 refunds began to be processed electronically today, July 5th. That means that customers receiving refunds via electronic payment back to their debit or credit accounts should see a pending credit soon from Front Gate Tickets. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the time it takes to show up may vary, but you should expect to see it within the next 48 hours. International customers may see processing times longer than 48 hours. Once you see the pending credit, it may take 3-5 business days for it to process fully, the full processing time will depend on your bank or credit card. If Front Gate Tickets has any issues processing your refund, you will be contacted directly using the email or phone number you used to make your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE : If your card has expired, or was lost, stolen or replaced, your refund should still process : in these instances your bank or credit card company will still credit your account, re-routing the payment.
If you requested a check, your refund check’s transit time will depend on your location.

REFUND PROCESS – POSTED JUNE 28th
We are very happy to be able to announce that refunds for Levitation 2016 will begin to be processed starting JULY 5th. The entire ticket price, including taxes and service fees will be refunded. This includes all ticket types: Weekend Passes, Single Day Tickets, Camping Passes and Rentals, RV spots, and Deluxe Passes. When the refunds will hit your account will vary. For refunds that are being processed electronically, it depends on your bank. If you’re receiving a check it will depend on your location.
We realize this has taken much longer than our initial estimates, and far longer than anyone had hoped. Weâ€™re sorry for the situation, itâ€™s not one that we ever expected to be in, or wanted to see our customers go through. The cancellation and subsequent insurance process has been an extremely difficult time and weâ€™re very grateful to those all those who have shown us patience and understanding through the situation.
REFUNDS for DEBIT and CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
All refunds for purchases made online through our ticketing provider Front Gate Tickets will be processed through the card used to make the purchase. If your credit card used for purchase has been canceled or is now expired, or has otherwise been replaced, the bank or credit card company will normally reroute the credit amount issued to the current account or card for use. Please DO NOT send any credit card or account information to us.
REFUNDS BY CHECK
If your refund cannot be processed through the account used to purchase, you will be contacted directly. If the credit or bank account used to make the purchase has been closed, you may need to receive your refund via a check. In this case you can send us your order number and info + an address to send the check. Checks will be sent starting July 5th.

Our ticketing partners at Front Gate Tickets are refunding all of their service fees directly to customers, and processing refunds out of their own funds to expedite the process until the insurance claim is finalized.
We can’t thank FGT enough for doing this and showing their support of the festival and fans, they are truly going above and beyond.
The cancellation and refund process has been a difficult and unfortunate process for all involved. Weâ€™re very sorry that our customers, festival staff, production team, vendors and all those affected have had to go through this.
In 2017 the festival will be back, and better than ever. We look forward to the festival in Austin next year, and a great year of events. Stay tuned for the good news.
