Tower Records and LEVITATION take over the Hotel Vegas compound for the 9th annual LEVITATION SXSW! The lineup has been released, and RSVPs for the day party are now open.
Once again scores of artists from across the world, and spanning the spectrum of underground rock and roll and psychedelic music, converge on Thursday, March 19 at Hotel Vegas in Austin, Texas.
This year’s event is presented with none other than Tower Records, the legendary music mecca founded in 1960. Tower Records was THE place to find great new music recommendations, and fittingly the lineup is a genre-crossing mix of some of the best bands at SXSW 2020. Also joining us is Brooklyn based psych / garage label Greenway Records, presenting their official showcase. Come say hello and find your new favorite artist!

ABOUT TOWER RECORDS
From the ‘70s through the early 2000s, with its everything-under-the-musical-sun style, Tower Records was the reigning music retailer worldwide. Known for its enormous volume, and backed by its audiophile behind-the-counter staff, Tower became ground zero for in store performances and musician events, placing it No.1 among U.S. music merchants.
Today, Tower Records looks again to be a cultural mainstay by promoting artists and giving their fans what they love most – live music.
